If you wish to buy a product, please contact us via email, Instagram direct message or Facebook Messenger. You can also find our products listed on eBay for quick purchasing. All payments are made using PayPal. 

• Ozone Products are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur after the order has been shipped, so please ensure that all of your shipping and payment details are entered correctly.
• All of our products are sent in brand new condition and placed in protective packaging to keep your order safe. 
• Products are not able to be returned due to hygiene reasons but if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product quality, please contact us via email or our social pages. 

At this point in time we only ship our products within Australia, but hope to expand soon. Customers are charged a flat rate for shipping which is $8.95. Keep an eye out for any discounts or sales on our social pages!
